A native macOS menu bar mixer built on Core Audio process taps, so every app gets its own volume, mute, and output device with no audio driver, privileged helper, or third-party dependencies. The real-time render callback is C++ with a 5 ms gain ramp and no allocation, locking, or logging on the audio thread. Routing fails safe: an app whose output disconnects is held muted, and every app is restored when Still quits.
